Refund & Return Policy

Note: Please retain the original packaging box and all included accessories. Returns cannot be processed without the original packaging.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)

In compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unused, and unworn condition.

  • The scooter’s odometer must read less than 5 kilometers (3 miles).

  • All original items (charger, keys, tools, manuals, and promotional gifts) must be included in the original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase from kukirin-europe.com is required.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund at no extra cost.

  • After Shipping (In Transit): If the order is canceled while in transit, you will be responsible for the actual outbound shipping costs (typically €60–€80, depending on destination).

  • Refused Delivery: If a delivery is refused, the parcel will be returned automatically. A refund will be issued minus the outbound shipping cost.

  • Authorization Required: Please do not return any items without prior authorization from our team.

3. Non-Quality Returns

If you choose to return a product for reasons other than a defect within the 14-day window:

  • Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping to our designated EU warehouse.

  • Return Label: UltraX International Limited will provide an official Return Authorization Email and the correct return label through our carrier.

  • Return Address: Our primary logistics hub is located at: S.F. Express, Al. Krakowska 87/A15, 05-552 Wólka Kosowska, Poland.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Arrival Issues: If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with supporting photos or videos.

  • Our Commitment: Once the defect is confirmed, kukirin-europe.com will cover all repair or replacement costs, including logistics.

  • Exclusions: Minor cosmetic imperfections (light scratches or small paint chips) that do not affect performance are not considered defects.

5. Refund Process

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after our warehouse inspects the returned item.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Fees: We do not charge restocking or handling fees.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Replacement parts and individual accessories (unless defective).

  • Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Customized orders or used items (odometer > 5km).
