1. Shipping Locations & Warehouse Strategy

  • Shipment Origin: To ensure the fastest delivery times, we utilize our local hubs in Europe, including our primary facility at: Al. Krakowska 87/A15, 05-552 Wólka Kosowska, Poland.

  • Service Area: We ship to all European Union (EU) member states, including but not limited to Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, and the Netherlands.

2. Delivery Timeline

We strive to get your new electric scooter to your doorstep as quickly as possible:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (includes order verification, professional packing, and a final quality safety check).

  • Transit Time:

    • Within Central Europe: 1–3 business days.

    • Rest of European Union: 3–7 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days.

  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Electric Scooters: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all electric scooter orders within our standard European Union service areas.

  • Accessories: Shipping fees for smaller parts or accessories (if ordered separately) will be calculated at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & VAT (Zero Hidden Fees)

  • No Import Taxes: Since we ship directly from our warehouses within the EU, there are NO customs duties or import taxes for deliveries within the European Union.

  • Transparent Pricing: All prices displayed on kukirin-europe.com are inclusive of VAT. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number (e.g., DPD, DHL, or GLS) to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
